About Loft Access Doors
The Timloc range presents quality, loft hatches and access doors in clean simple designs that are not just easy to install and operate, but offer other features that are essential to today’s buildings, such as:

All our loft access hatches and doors meet the requirements of Building Regulation Part L (England and Wales), Building Regulation Part E (Northern Ireland) and Scottish Building Standards for air tightness. Products that comply with Robust Details, 0.35 and 0.25 U value versions are also available.
