Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activities within the business.

Job purpose

  • To plan and implement all multi-channel marketing activities and campaigns for the company in line with business needs
  • To support the External Sales Team with individual customer marketing requirements

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers in the Housebuilder, Architect and Merchant markets
  • Manage the annual marketing costs in line with the budget marketing plan
  • Plan and deliver paid and organic Social Media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Work closely with the New Product Development Team to deliver new product branding, packaging and develop new product launch campaigns
  • Create and facilitate all company literature and POS
  • Review, maintain and optimise the effectiveness of the company website, working closely with SEO agency
  • Engage with External Sales Team to deliver and support individual customer marketing requirements
  • Identify and source all branded items, including corporate promotions
  • Plan and organise various exhibitions
  • Fulfil customer request for images
  • Track results and effectiveness of marketing activities to ensure focus on the most impactful
  • Monitor and track competitor activity

  • CIM marketing qualification preferred

Salary and benefits

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
